Apply For A Home

Please read the following prior to applying for one of our properties:

Our application fees are $50 per person, no exceptions, and are NON-REFUNDABLE! So please keep that in mind.

The fee covers a credit check, rental verification, background check, etc. and you will pay the fee during the application process. Remember, if you are planning on having a co-signer, you will still need to fill out an application so we can do the background check.

We use Findigs to run our applications- please remember that we may ask for additional information/documentation such as:

• Your household information:
  co-applicant name so they can be invited (anyone who will be on the lease)
  Car make, model, and license plate
  If you have pets, be prepared to send over letters of reference, vaccination records, and a photo of you with your pet.
• Your housing history, including:
  past addresses
  Landlord’s emails/contact info
• Your income and employment information, including:
  Employer details and contact info
  Bank or Payroll log in credentials
  Verification of income- Bank Statements, 2 most recent pay stubs, or something verifiable
• If applying with a section 8 voucher, you are required to upload the RFTA paperwork and please include caseworker information.
• Your ID and credit info, including:
  Copies of IDs/SSN/ITIN for everyone who will be on the lease

You will have to sign in and/or upload these items as you complete the application. If you cannot upload your documents or you have any issues, you can use the chat function on the Findigs website for help.

If you do not have access to the information needed or do not upload it properly there’s a chance that someone who completes their application will jump in front of you- completed applications come first! If applying for a home with a voucher, the RFTA paperwork must be uploaded during the application process to be considered complete. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED!

We highly encourage all applicants to link their bank accounts during the application process to expedite response time. Should you choose to manually upload documents, we ask for your patience as this will result in longer review cycles.

So have everything ready before you apply so you don’t waste money or lose out on the home you want!
