Apply For A Home

You can apply to rent one of our homes, but first please read the following:

Our application fees are $50 per person, no exceptions, and are NON-REFUNDABLE! So please keep that in mind.

The fee covers a credit check, rental verification, background check, etc. and you will pay the fee during the application process. Remember, if you are planning on having a co-signer, you will still need to fill out an application so we can do the background check.

We use Findigs to run our applications- please remember that they will ask for additional information/documentation such as:

• Your household information:
  co-applicant name so they can be invited
  Pet’s records and photos
  Car make, model, and license plate
• Your housing history, including:
  past addresses
  Landlord’s emails
• Your income and employment information, including:
  Employer details and contact info
  Bank or Payroll log in credentials
• Your ID and credit info, including:
  Driver’s license or ID
  Your SSN/ITIN

You will have to sign in and/or upload these items as you complete the application. If you cannot upload your documents or you have any issues, you can use the chat function on the Findigs website for help.

If you do not have access to the information needed or do not upload it properly there’s a chance that someone who completes their application will jump in front of you- completed applications come first! FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED!

So have everything ready before you apply so you don’t waste money or lose out on the home you want!
